Christian Scott is a transactional real estate attorney with extensive experience practicing law in Oregon and Washington and is the founder of Scott Law PDX.  Chris regularly represents residential and commercial developers, commercial landlords, commercial tenants, homebuilders, homeowners’ and condominium owners’ associations and individual property owners in all types of real estate transactions.  Chris has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, assets sales, leases, easements, entity formations, financing documents, loan and lease work-out negotiations and title and closing documents.                                                                                                                                                                                  Chris also has a specialty in forming Oregon and Washington condominiums and subdivisions.  Before starting Scott Law PDX, Chris worked for several nationally recognized law firms and was also an in-house attorney for the Portland Division of the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilder.   Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in Italian Language and Literature and his Juris Doctor’s degree from Northwestern University’s School of Law.
